The person I interviewed this week for high school students who work and attend Okeechobee High School is Audrina Vang (10), who works at McDonald’s. Before my interview with Vang a few things I know about her because we’re friends and play softball together she puts her future and what she wants to do very seriously. I first asked Vang what made her choose McDonald’s to work at and why she does it. “I chose to work at McDonald’s because it’s the closest place I could work from my house and I do it because I want to start early with a job so I can save up money now and not wait til it’s too late,” Vang said. That response I got from Vang makes a lot of sense and is very logical and understanding reasons to work at McDonald’s. The second and last question I asked Vang in the interview was how does working at Mcdonald’s feel as in the environment and overall experience. ” At Mcdonald’s a lot of times it can be and get very overwhelming and exhausting but at the end of the day, I just keep telling myself it’s only hard now so life won’t have to be as hard later,” Vang said. And from that answer from Vang and this overall interview with her, it tells you how life can be hard and we can and have to do things we don’t want to but it will all pay off in the end!
