On June 4th, 2024, members of the Osceola Middle School Students Working Against Tobacco Club participated in the Take Down Tobacco Day, National Day of Action. The national tobacco observance day hosted by Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids. On Take Down Tobacco National Day of Action, youth advocates across the country rally together to stand up and speak out against the tobacco industry. This marks a date upcoming for this year, even though school will be concluded you will still be able to partake in it. They will be more than willing to welcome you into the festivities, I encourage you to sign up and help our local community SWAT club in order to assist them in their goals. Who knows? We might even change the plans for the event, we might make it different this year.
