Background and General Info:
Shawn Hays teaches Spanish 1 and 2. He is an outstanding teacher who is calm and understanding. He is professional, but amiable. If you don’t know Spanish or are struggling, he will take his time to help you perform better in the future. He studied in Michigan, later transferring to Burgos, Spain. He became a Spanish teacher to help shape the world by bringing language to everyone. He believes language brings unity and connection, meaning that within a language, you form a deep connection with someone or even groups of people.
Advice:
“Remember how tough life is when you’re riding a camel in the desert,” Hays said. His advice is to keep going no matter how hard life gets because perspective is important and problems are temporary.
